Works Better Than Expected

I’ve used scented kitchen trash can deodorizers and baking soda to tame my trash can odors. The Simplehuman Odorsorb Pods work excellent to reduce the smells without making me nauseous from highly scented odor eliminators.

No scent at all

We can’t smell this at all. It’s supposed to make the garbage can smell good, so if anything, the scent should be strong enough to actually notice. For such a high, luxurious price point, this is incredibly disappointing.

Unsatisfactory

Poor customer service. This order was marked as "fulfilled and shipped" despite the fact that it was never received. It may have never shipped at all, as there have been no shipment updates provided by Simplehuman or the carrier. No team member representatives were available to receive my call and provide any further updates. Because of this experience, I will be taking all future business elsewhere.
