Scratched the plaster on our sun ledge

It scratched our plaster on our swim ledge so we can’t place them where we wanted. Would never have bought them as a patio chair. The return process and the restocking fee is ridiculous though so I’m forced to keep them. Way too expensive of a product to have someone not be able to return them.
