I had to replace our flag anchors and screws after damage from a monsoon storm. New stronger anchors worked out well but while I was working on it I misplaced the clips holding the flag. I was delighted to get your kind support in sending replacements to me (in time for 9/11 display) Thank you for your friendly assistance. Much appreciated.

My flag is now flying beautifully because of Allegiance efficiently sending to me the two set screws I needed to get the job done. Excellent, outstanding service, thank you very much.

When the flag pole set was delivered it was missing the mounting screws. Reached out and almost immediately I received a response. They apologized, sent the screws via FedEx and refunded my original shipping cost. Very pleased with the whole process. By the way, the flag pole set is very well well-made.
