Great all around bike. Fun to ride, this is my first IGH bike with belt drive and I'm loving it.

I have owned maybe 50 bikes since the early 90's. From 100$ Walmart bikes, to 2-5k name brands, I've owned them all (barring the REALLY expensive carbon bikes etc.). The Priority Hot Sauce is without a doubt one of the best all-around "do anything" bikes I have ever had the pleasure to pedal. This bike is amazing! Light. Fast (enough). Tough. Just enough gear range. Not to mention the nice, mostly upright geometry will accompdate anyone, and the belt drive is whisper silent ( I was actually caught off guard a bit by that, I haven't ridden a belt drive bike for a while and had forgotten how quiet they are!). The build quality is good. Not amazing but better is than expected for a 1000$ bike. Lastly, the customer service is top-notch. Easily on par with the beat. They respond promptly to customer support inquiries, and WILL do their best to fix any problems and make the customer happy.
TLDR; I would not hesitate to order another Priority bike (I'm looking at the 600), or to recommend.
