Glow Combo

I have been a loyal customer of Jalia for many years, and I truly love the products. I’ve used the teas and recently the glow combo, and I’ve never had any issues until now. Unfortunately, my recent order arrived incomplete, and although the team promised to resolve my query, it has now been over two months with no solution. This has been really frustrating, and I feel the customer service has let me down this time. I understand the team may be busy, but waiting more than two months for a resolution is quite long. I have tried to get in touch several times, but the responses have not been sufficient. I would really appreciate this being looked into properly.
