Decent
Pretty good so far. The connection with my phone can be really spotty, but not really my Chromebook. So I think that it's just the iPhone 6 with the old bluetooth that's part of the problem. Also, the eartips are supposed to last awhile, but the silicone ring holding them on the post already broke on one of them.I'm also very confused as to why they start screaming low battery at only 30% and don't last that long right after. that, but it lasts at 90% for quite awhile. Otherwise, sound quality is pretty good, wish it could go louder at times, because it can get quite loud around me at the mill - but then that would defeat the purpose of hearing protection.

Not enough volume.
the fit of these was ok, however it took some time to find a balance with the cord/control so it wouldn't keep pulling on the back of my neck and pulling the earphone out. In addition while they provide noise reduction to machinery and tools, the volume at max is substantially lower than i was expecting or used to with traditional ear buds or mobile phone headsets. I am a little disappointed to be honest. I watched a YouTube review online and that is what encouraged me to buy your product. I was hoping for better sound or at least a bit more volume. I can sometimes not hear the music playing over louder power tools, like orbital sanders and saws.\ Sincerely, Mr. Colin Cook

As advertised, not without issues.
The control unit is a tank and responsive. The audio is quite passable for an OSHA rated piece of PPE. The screw on pieces of the ear tips however are super fragile. I've had one size split and lose its ability to grip to the ear bud and the same with another size but got a tip stuck in my ear. Had to be removed with tweezers. I am outside and it's been reliably lower than -12 degrees C each day. Maybe the plastic became brittle? I thought they'd stand up to more than that.
The unit and ear pieces are great, amazing even. Not much use without reliable tips though.
