This company stands behind their top-notch products

I purchased three products from Cheetahstand — a QSB-42, a 32x48 Window Quick Softbox, and a 12x55 Strip Softbox. I had owned and used my previous equipment for more than 30 years, and it showed. I researched my new equipment extensively, and decided to go with Cheetahstand because their modifiers were easy to use, their reputation seemed to be very good, and their prices were competitive. I had trouble setting up the QSB-42, and somehow managed to ‘spring’ it (for lack of a better term). I contacted the company and explained what had happened. They immediately shipped me a new unit, along with a return shipping label for the ‘sprung’ item. I really can’t praise this company enough. Nowadays, with everything being purchased online and shipped, you really don’t know what you're dealing with when you order products. Cheetahstand managed the exchange with no hassle. The fellow I spoke with — David — took care of everything and kept me informed regarding re-shipping and return of the damaged unit. He was a pleasure to work with. Other companies should take a lesson from Cheetahstand. Nothing is as valuable to a company as goodwill. I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase products from them, again. I buy a lot of studio products.
