The earring was faulty, could not get into ear due to VERY narrow gap. Took forever to get Ardommonde to ackowledge there was a problem. I paid to return, $20+, they took forever to make a replacement which, from a photo, didn't look well made. i requested a refund, they refused. Finally obtained refund through PAYPAL from their refund funds. Avoid this company unless you want to loose your money. This whole process took over 4 months and they got to to keep the money I paid.
After reading other reviews about this earring I think there have been others with the same problem.
