Defective part

Past orders have been excellent but this order contained one glass that the propeller blade struck the glass when rotated. When I spoke to your agent she immediately replaced the glass. I will not hesitate to order your products in the future.

So Happy!

Wonderful well made and sturdy drink mug. We have a neighbor who is starting military flight training school soon. Going away party coming up and we cannot wait to give this to him!
