I have used a few different sets of ISO Tunes ear protection over the years. They are all pretty good. The last set we got was Free Aware buds, which are nicer to use than the wired ones. They went wrong though.
The service department is one of the best I've ever worked with. Initially, they tried to fix the problem by sending out a replacement bud. When this didn't work, without having to be asked, they sent out a brand new replacement set. Very trust worthy. Thank you ISO Tunes.

ISOtunes Free Aware
I'm glad I bought these, they have made working in a noisy environment (anywhere outside these days!) a much more peaceful environment, while keeping you aware of your surroundings.
These work unlike other earbuds, and require a little learning of how to control the features. However, once learned, they work very well.
Battery life is excellent, the buds and the charging case only require charging every 6 days, with at least 8 hrs use for 4/5 of those days.
Sound quality is excellent, balanced with good bass too. Bear in mind they don't go above 89db, so not concert level loud, but safe and comfortable in all but the most noisy environments.
The only observation is that at times those talking to you on the phone can struggle to hear your conversation via the inbuilt mics. However, an increase in the volume of your speech often helps, though not always convenient if others are around too.
Build quality and water proofing has been well tested and I'm very happy.
