Great Winter Cover for North Texas

The Austrian Winter Peas from Green Cover have great germination and coverage. We sell the pea shoots to restaurants and our Saturday market as an added plus to being a great cover crop. We planted our new sections with both peas and Elbon Rye and the soil quality is so much better. It's also suppressed the Johnson Grass and Pigweed extremely well.
