Tempered Glass Camera Lens Protector

I received these camera protectors and put them on my phone straight away. I tested my camera afterwards and everything was working perfectly. Around 20 minutes later, I was adding my card to Apple Pay and noticed that my camera had suddenly become completely blurred and misty. I couldn’t understand why at first, until I checked the camera protectors and realised they had misted up on the inside. I contacted the company straight away and was told that the issue would be passed to HR, who could issue me with a replacement as it must have been a faulty batch. However, when HR eventually contacted me a few days later, they asked me to provide a picture of the lens showing the mist. I’m honestly not sure how I was expected to take a clear picture of the mist on the inside of the protector while it was still attached to my phone! I did send a photo that I had taken while the protectors were misted up, but apparently this wasn’t considered enough evidence. I paid £10 for these protectors and they lasted around 20 minutes before becoming unusable and affecting my camera. Unfortunately, despite contacting the company and following their instructions, I was left without a replacement or any real resolution. Very disappointing, especially considering I contacted them as soon as the problem occurred.
