I would like to start my review with we had a torrential downpour a month after I’ve planted them that was supposed to be half an inch of rain ended up being 3 inches of rain. An absolute nightmare for most of my garden. All of my rows moved, all my planning and companion work was tested. Not just my carrots literally everything moved around. I had beets everywhere 😂
Maybe it was a blessing in disguise because now my garden is thriving. It meant that I had to thin my carrots a lot less because they got scattered in the patch. These are not storage carrots - but that gave me more than what I had anticipated having.
They’ve thrived and are huge. Feeding greens to the pet rabbit and the carrots are amazing.
Overall, very pleased, will grow again.
