I’m loving the mantel mount max 1. I had to install over a fireplace and the fact that it can pull out and then down fits well. The additional few inches of drop that it provides makes it excellent for viewing with my tv + soundbar. Wife loves it too even though she wasn’t convinced to purchase this originally.

I had always hated the mounts that projected off the wall when in initial position, but decided to try this to help get the TV lower. This Max1 is incredible! TV sits close enough to wall and the extent that you can adjust is amazing. Can't recommend this enough.
