The heel is way to stiff and tight. The shoes are unwearable. I tried running a simple mile in them and got blisters on both my heels. I really wanted to like them, but they get 1 star for being a waste of money for me

Great workout shoe! I love it for HIIT style fitness. Not the best for running but short distances within a workout is fine. I love these and will be buying another pair when they wear out
