Be aware of return/exchange policy

Let me start by saying I love Linksoul gear. Have bought many items and I love it all. Recently, I bought these shorts and they were a little too short. Wanted to exchange them for a longer inseam and to my surprise, I was going to be charged $12 for an exchange or return of the item. I’m shocked because their competition offers free returns and exchanges. Hate that this will affect my willingness to buy Linksoul gear going forward.
