The bag is larger than described on the company website and won’t work for my needs. It is also made of lightweight material on the interior. That’s nice for making it lighter, but I am concerned how it will stand up to use as an airline pilot. That didn’t earn the 1 star rating however. The bag wasn’t for me, no harm no fowl. I tried to initiate a return through Aerocoast’s website, but the option to return isn’t available. I’m within all the guidelines posted for returns on their website. I tried to contact Aerocoast twice via email and web form with no response. I’m still within the 30 day return period, no contact and no still working to return the bag. Terrible customer service. I do no recommend this bag or Aerocoast as a seller.
