Personalized Birthstone Bracelet

I was so excited to receive these as personalized gifts for my daughters and I. Customer service was great with helping come up with ideas and answer questions but once it got here and I didn’t like it they basically said you’re SOL. I didn’t like the gold and was hoping to try the silver to see if it was less harsh and tacky looking. The “gold” is a very harsh almost costume jewelry bright looking gold. Yes I know I’m not getting real gold, but it just looks TOO fake. The birthstones and the chain portion are cheap looking too. Like they found some colorful bedazzle jewels from the store and glued them inside the circles. The chain with the extra 1” hanging looks tacky too. I honestly feel like the quality of this is something that you could buy on the shelves of target. Not the absolute worst jewelry, but definitely NOT the nicest either for the price they charge and the quality you get. I’m sad I paid over $100 for something for my daughters and I to wear and not one of us wears it.
