Best loaf ever!

I watched a review of the best flour on Youtube that rated Lehi Mills one of the best. I live in Utah so was very interested in that review. I've made bread for years and figured I was pretty good at it so my expectations were low. Even so, I tried my first batch of overnight sour dough bread. I ate a slice today and it was marvelous. I told my husband, "It has to be the flour. This is the best loaf I've made since I started making sour dough bread." Even though sour dough bread is only the start, flour, water and salt the bread rose perfectly, the texture is beautiful and the taste-OOH LALA! I'm telling my bread making friends all about your truly lovely flour
