Surprised at how good this is

I was concerned when I first opened it thinking it might have a weird flavor and texture but it is not offensive at all. I blend a scoop with cold coffee and almond milk and it is great.

I love mixing plain unsweetened with the vanilla 50/50 mix to make vanilla less sweet. Love the way this mixes so easily few shakes is all it takes. Quality product!
