We recently moved to cast iron for our induction range and are loving being able to use real solid metal utensils again. This Griddle Turner is beautifully crafted and a joy to hold and use.

A well engineered griddle turner

This griddle turner is very well made, super sturdy, and has a beautifully crafted wooden handle. The end of the turner bevels down to a useful thin edge, making it easy to lift and maneuver under burger patties, pancakes, etc. The metal tang runs the full length of the handle and is riveted on. I did add a tiny bit of mineral oil to the wooden handle when I received it as it seemed a touch dry, but I consider that just a part of maintenance. I also bought the mini turner as well for my smaller pans. Love them both!
