NOVELTY: witch cat hat LE

BB does it again!

I'm obsessed with the novelty hats Babybling comes out with and this years witch cat hat was SO cute! My 4 month old wore it to a library Halloween event and the band stayed on the whole time!!

I love it!!

Obsessed with this one this year! Absolutely adorable. I love the leopard print and the cute tail! Super creative. Like no other bow company.
