Probably the best set of cook wear I have owned. Non stick low temp cooking. I don’t know if it’s me but the food retains its flavor better with these pots and pans. My honest opinion is get them just don’t run your burners on high or you will learn quick that these pots magnify heat evenly and very quickly and might burn your food. Look forward to the best eggs, steaks, etc cooked on these pans.
