Very high quality shoes. I originally ordered size 10 1/2 as recommended on the website (I normally wear size 11) and they were too small. The return was easy and the size 11 shoes I received fit perfectly.

Great Shoes, Amazing Customer Service

First, ordering the shoes, I failed to order expedited shipping. I contacted customer service and they added expedited shipping and I got them on time, quickly, ready for when I needed them. They were responsive and helpful and I am so grateful for how quickly the shoes got to me. Second, the shoes are amazing. This is my third pair of Thursday's, in my third differently style, and I love all of them. Probably my favorite shoe for work and my favorite pair of boots I own. You can feel the quality and craftsmanship when you wear them. This pair had minimal break in time too! All around amazing shoe and company!
