My bag came in and the actual bag its self is stunning !! it didn’t take but a few days to get delivered.. Unfortunately one of my backpack straps came in damaged BUT customer service was able to get back to me within an hour of me emailing. They gave me a shipping label to send my bag back for an exchange.. Heartbroken it had to be sent back but sooo happy ill be geting it right back !
