I purchased the sleep and energy patches - was sceptical but very happy to say that they have made such a difference. My husband reports that rather than tossing and turning all night I barely move, and as a normally light sleeper have been sleeping through the dog trying to wake me up. The energy patches have eliminated my 10am and 3pm slump. Will be reordering!
