I have used this bottle every day since it’s arrival and I cannot say enough good things about it. Beautiful design, keeps tea warm without burning your hand, and the infuser doesn’t allow particulates through. I will be buying another!

My bottles both arrived broken. Customer service was incredibly responsive and sent out two replacement bottles the very next day which arrived in perfect condition. Very pleased and will purchase again.
