Glacier Bracelet (4MM beads)

The bracelets are so cute and the bead quality seems good. However both bracelets lost the charm (butterfly charm on one, initial charm on the other) in a short time. One was within the warranty time frame but customer service took a very very long time to respond back and there was a lot of confusion- it has taken months of messaging back and forth and it never got resolved.

I love Gems by Laura. This is my 4th purchase in this color for a gift. Goes with everything
