KMC shipped wrong chain initially

I recently ordered an e12 chain and I was sent the wrong chain. It took several days for them to respond because they said my emails went to their spam folder. They then contacted me and were very apologetic about their delayed response and are shipping the correct chain out quickly. I do really like their chains, they seem to last and have yet to break one.

Trek Fuel Exe Shimano 12 speed

I replaced the chain that came with the Trek Fuel EXe with the KMC E12 chain. The KMC E12 chain works perfectly with my Shimano 12 speed drive train.
