1 Carat Katarina Ring

Wrong size

I've given the ring five stars for it's looks. Unfortunately it's the wrong size and doesn't fit. I phoned your help line and was told to return it and get a replacement ring which I have done. I also bought ear rings which my wife is very pleased with.
