A better gel

Great choice if you hate gels. Texture is more jello like but flavorless. Also, you don't need water. They work well, just think I needed a second one on my long run.

This gel helped me stay strong during the latter part of a marathon. The flavor is palatable, reminding me of a toasted marshmallow.
