Third Wave Water Elevates my Coffee Experience!

Better on medium light roasts

Using the water treatment did make a drastic difference to my coffee in comparison to Chicago area water which is has a lot of acid buffers. The flavor profile went from flat and muddy to a noticeably more acidic, yet balanced flavor. That said, it works better on medium roasts that are leaning more towards light in my opinion. The roastier medium roasts I tried took on a harsher, more bitter flavor profile that I didn't care for.

A coffee shop I visited in Cape Cod while I’m vacation was giving away free samples . I actually thought it was a gimmick, but if it was free, I figured I’d try it. Was I surprised when I immediately tasted the difference in my coffee it was incredible and it makes the smoothest cup of coffee that I ever had. Thank you very much.
