Waterproof Rain Boots

These boots stay on because of the velcro and drawstring double securing closures. My dog is post spine surgery and drags his back leg badly. These boots stay on despite him dragging it on cement every walk. Easy to clean too.

Wish I would've known

I was excited to get these for my shaggy haired pup but that excitement quickly turned to disappointment. When I opened the package, I realized these boots are 100% thick silicone that isn't pliable. My dog is very used to wearing boots and I could tell that these weren't going to be comfortable. I should have purchased the soft shield boots and taken my chances with the label "water resistant" as they will only be needed for wet grass days. The silicone ones won't be worn.

The boots protect our dog's rear paws. She's 15 and arthritic; the boots prevent the rough pavement from abrading her toes. And her yellow boots are the canine fashion highlight of the neighborhood!
