Great jacket shame about customer service

I ordered the jacket for my husband’s birthday. From getting the confirmation of my order I had no more contact ( well over a week) until I got a message from the courier that they would deliver that day! I had emailed and got no response—- not great customer service! Anyway he loved the jacket!
