Summit Legging

Love these, but...

Ordered two pair of leggings (heather gray and lilac - so pretty!). They fit my long legs perfectly, and are super comfortable. That being said, I've tried them on with various dress/shoe combos, and I've come to the realization that the look of full-length leggings with dresses just isn't "me." I want something simpler, which for me means tights. Maybe I'll try some cropped leggings for spring/fall, but the full length pairs in interesting colors are going back (Probably worth mentioning that I do own long black Summits AND black Roams, because everyone needs black leggings).

As always well made and comfy. I wear these under dresses. I have black, marionberry, and beetroot leggings.

Awesome leggings

I have the roam leggings in black, and wear them ALL the time under dresses. I picked these Summits up in grey as a second option since I didn't want to wear the roams out from overuse. The summits are softer and squishier than the roams, but also a bit more compressive. If you were only buying leggings to wear under a dress or other garment, I'd recommend roams. If you are looking for mild-to-moderate compression and more warmth, or to wear the leggings solo, the summits are where it's at. Either way, you are going to have a useful and adaptive garment!! I personally prefer a non-compressive garment, so if I was forced to choose one legging I'd go for the roam. I do find the summits to be significantly longer in the inseam - they bunch a bit at the ankles (not a big deal to me) but are otherwise perfect. Definitely more comfy than the synthetic base layers I had been wearing previously. Quality garment, high price tag, but worth it, IMO. I love these leggings!!
