Wanted to love this company and products but it’s been one disappointment after another. Items took longer than advertised to ship, then I received the wrong product. Then I contacted customer service and still have not heard back or been able to exchange anything - it’s been over the 5 business days that they say it takes them to respond.
I would recommend saving your time and money and going with any other company.

Beautiful rich color
The rug is a nice heavy weave and lovely color. I’m finding difficulty with getting the edges to lye flat, causing a tripping hazard. I have the mat underneath it but scallops dont stay down.
