Outstanding lemon flavor! Great for RI, Butter Cream frosting, glazes, cakes and cookies! I use it for my lemon cake just for that extra lemony flavor boost. I’ve even heard a lady uses it for lemonade! Great flavor to have on hand for that added touch of true citrus!
