I am loving my Brixley bag, it is the perfect size for me, and nice to have a built-in wallet. After my purchase I checked the tracking after a few days, then after a week it wasn't moving anywhere. I reached out to Brixley Bags and they looked into this right away. Turned out my package went missing in the mail. They notified me of the issue and resent a.new package right away. I received it 2 days later, and have been using it every day since. Would recommend and buy again. Thanks you
