This is a must have for all players. Got the fit right and my son wears it on the ice every skate. It gives a squeeze to let you know it's working, but doesn't impede the airway. Well constructed and durable. Buy extra sleeves for hockey (usual bag stink factor).

Worth it!

Bought one for each of my boys and will be back for another when my other son is old enough to play! Both boys love them. They are comfortable to wear & without and hesitation they put them on every practice and game time!
