Bought two of these and in this order they ended up with a leak, which i couldn't actually find the source, the lids and glass bottle showed no damage. Anyway I let them know about it and they were amazing and I got two new bottle replacements with new pumps (which i think will work far better than the old style, my two cents) Anyone worried about buying stuff online you don't need to worry with these guys as they are phenomenal. Easily made me a lifetime customer.
