Too small but cannot return

I purchased a size L based on the fit of other Pearl Izumi pants I own. Unfortunately, this pair runs much smaller and is too tight for me to wear. Since it was a final-sale item, I’m unable to return it. Very disappointing.

Almost uncomfortable
