Great guard. Enough space in the cup. perhaps size up. Had to get longer laces for the Guard to fit my waist. I couldv'e used the existing lace, but I wanted to use all of the eyelets (because of fake ocd).y waist size is 31, but I think Large would've fit better. Still completely useable. On top of excellent customer service, I highly recommend Phenom products
