VelocityOne™ Flight Universal Control System

The HAT-1 switch was broken in the box upon arrival. I had to contact turtle beach, upload pictures of the damage, get a return label and authorization number and ship it back to them before they would send a replacement yoke. I am currently waiting for the replacement to arrive. Hopefully, this one will arrive undamaged and then I will be able to use it for its intended purpose. I gave it 4 stars because it was well packed with cutout hard cardboard inside the box as well as 3 total boxes and STILL had a broken HAT-1 switch! That's life right? Overall, the return process was straightforward considering the circumstances.

This is exactly what I was hoping for. The purchase was seamless and packaged/ shipped in timely manner. The boxes with the rudders and the yolk console came in cover boxes which is good for porch delivery, hiding the contents.

It was missing the pass though cable for the rudder which it has now been over a week which told has been sent. The mapping of controls does not match insert or Microsoft flight sim. It took many hours to figure out
