Caroline Bag Oat

Pretty bag but it was way too small for my needs. Unfortunate i had to return it. I would love to order a bigger size, unfortunately they dont have a number for assistance

Too short for wearing over shoulder, but too long for wearing on forearm. I’m 5’4” for reference. Says a little shorter than Christie in product info, which just doesn’t work. Customer service was inflexible and did not allow an easy exchange to take advantage of current sale and it was already beyond the short window for returns even with tags intact and unused. Quality was average (disappointing in person), and not worthy of the high price tag. Overall a disappointing experience.
