The drum is just beautiful! So glad I got the Sandstone Pro, and I'm excited to have some carols to play at Christmas this year. Customer Service was OUTSTANDING to clear up an issue for me, their communication was personalized and attentive. I had been thinking about getting a Panda drum for many months, so happy I finally made the decision. No regrets!!

I am disappointed in the tones of some of the tongues. They are not true and have an off sound. I thought that maybe it needed a few weeks to settle but it has not improved. I am also not hearing much difference in tone on different parts of the tongues as was mentioned. I am enjoying learning a new instrument but disappointed in the tones. Not like the tones heard on the advertisement.
