IntraLock® Universal Mount with Strap

Although a mobile phone cannot compete with a dedicated cycle GPS when it comes to routing on long ride there is a time when a quick reroute using a phone and Google maps is more convenient than editing a route on an app like Komoot and uploading that to your GPS. I don't like to leave my phone fixed to the bike for long periods of time. I am not sure siting in the sun when it gets into the 30s in somewhere like Spain is a good idea and in the UK it just rains a lot. That is why I got an IntraLock mount and case. It is easy to snap the phone onto the mount and seems very secure. Easy to remove as well. The only problem I had with the purchase was availability. I could get the mount direct from Mous in the UK but had to get the case from their Amazon US site. Extra postage, the case costing more in the US and not being able to use a discount code added to the total price quite a lot. I am still very pleased with the purchase. Mous, like many other UK manufacturers, just need work on their supply chain.

Since receiving my intralock universal mount with strap it doesn’t seem if the mechanism is holding my phone and just falls . There doesn’t seem to be a video to show you how it works . I Would appreciate if someone from customer service could contact me to get this issue resolved many Thanks Steven
