Nightmare assembly

This chair deserves 4 or 5 stars, but the assembly was an absolute nightmare. The hardware arrived scattered throughout the box, stuck to tape, in padding, under box sections. I had to hunt for and count every piece. It was truly ridiculous. Additionally, the instructions weren’t all that clear as to when to use washers and what not. It took far too long to assemble this, but we do like the finished product. I just wouldn’t ever order another bc of the shipping corners cut and the cumbersome assembly processes.

Beautiful and comfortable!

I purchased the soft side chair in blush and I'm in love! It is beautiful and so comfortable. I often lose track of time sitting and working comfortably! Love this chair. Cannot recommend enough.

Great chair -- perfect for our needs

My 15-year-old son was able to put this chair together with just a little help from his dad, which was awesome. It's super comfortable and solid. We were pleasantly surprised by the option to lean back and lock the chair in various positions, as well as raise and lower it easily. This desk is in a corner of our living room and so I appreciate that it doesn't have a super technical look, but blends in with the furniture. We purchased the navy velvet.
