Pumpkin Ravioli

The best ravioli I have ever tasted!

Both raviolis tasted like a Nonna made them. Fresh, flavorful and perfect for the sauces I chose to serve them with. The other thing I would say is that this small business has customer service second to none. I am so impressed and will be a lifelong customer.

My greatest find

My husband found a little restaurant in Bakersfield, California that we stumbled upon that made the best pumpkin ravioli, then they closed. Several years later we are in Dewey Arizona, a small town outside of Prescott Valley Arizona. Haven't been able to find pumpkin ravioli anywhere. But last year I stumbled upon Nicola's Market and ordered some for a surprise for him. Low and behold he found them better than the little place in Bakersfield. Now anytime I want to surprise him I just order them and have them here in no time. Thank you Nicola's Market for bringing a little joy to my wonderful, hardworking husband.

Good stuff

I made these last night for dinner with sage butter sauce. Instead of boiling them I sautéed them in the butter and put roasted pecans on top. Plus I put amaretto in the butter sauce. Boy were they good. Will buy again.
