Love this recovery device

I had spinal cord surgery and I love this when I travel or for simple recovery once I get back from a work out. I highly recommend firefly ❤️

So far I have used them once I just got them but after work being on my feet all day or driving for along period of time. These things come in handy felt the convenience of them from the moment I turned them on.! Great product so far.

Since receiving my firefly starter pack I've had nothing but issues. No matter where I place the device I can't get the desired effect without manually manipulating its location millimeters at a time and then holding it directly in that position. I've spent so long trying to get the correct position that the adhesion is completely gone and even the accessory straps can't save me. At this stage I can't use the two straps and I'm at a complete loss as to why I can't get it working - even after reading all of the FAQs/Manuals, watching videos on YouTube, TikTok and the firefly website. Reached out to support 5 days ago and still haven't received a response, but based on other reviews it's quite clear that nothing will happen there. I honestly couldn't recommend these and if you want to save yourself a ridiculous amount of time, effort, frustration and money, they're best to avoid.
