I love Quirky pens, I love love love them. But I'm just so disappointed that the inner plastic tube component in the cap of my new pink and green Bibiliophile pen has completely loosened and fallen out. I can't cap the pen completely now, as the metal cap just falls off, and I can't write with the cap posted on the pen's end because, again, it just falls off. I've been gifted a few Quirky pens in the past and started buying my own (and stocking up on refills) earlier this year because I love them so much. The issue with my new pen is not normal wear and tear because my older pens are still fine. With my older pens, the caps no longer click firmly into place when I cap the pen, but I've gotten used to that so long as the cap still stays in place. I'm just surprised my new pen fell apart so quickly and after little use.

Loved the pens. They look and feel lovely and very distinctive. Service was excellent too.
